MuffleTimber | Acoustic Slat Wood Wall Panel - Dark Oak (Black Felt)

As one of the most distracting aspects of life, noise can cause numerous problems in our day-to-day lives. Increased stress, lack of focus, headaches, and decreased productivity are just a handful of issues excess noise can create. Luckily, there is an easy fix – acoustic treatment. MuffleTimber Acoustic Wooden Panels not only look stunning in any environment, but also help to dampen excess background noise to create better environments for people to work or live in.

Materials

In accordance with the requirements of Global Recycle Standards, our acoustic wood panels don’t contain chemicals or substances that are harmful to health such as formaldehyde and pentachlorophenol.

The base of the panel consists of a 9mm thick black polyester material that is partly made from recycled bottles.

Dimensions (Inches): 96" x 23.75"

The wooden slat panels consist of 13mm thick MDF / Plywood strips that are given a veneer finish. Theses slats are 96” x 0.97” wide and 15mm apart.

MuffleTimber is easily trimmed should it require shortening to better fit the space. The slatted panels can be simply sawed to the desired length to cover the required area.

The maximum tolerance in the panel dimensions is +/- 1mm.

Installation 

The panels are installed using screws which makes installation fast, simple, and suitable for amateurs. For installations aiming to align slats end-to-end seamlessly, we highly recommend maintaining a 3-5mm shadow gap, whether for walls or ceilings.
